This site is a showcase of some of my thoughts and creativity. Opinions are my own; ideas are yours to share.
Despite living just an hour from the Pacific, Mary and I seldom make it to the beach. We decided to use the long 4th of July weekend as an excuse to head to the shore and soak up some sun. But sun wasn’t the main focus of the day, and Panther Beach isn’t just an ordinary beach.
On our first full day in Big Sky, we all jumped in the car and made the one hour trek over to Yellowstone National Park. This would be my first time here in the summer and Mary’s first time ever. There wasn’t much of an agenda or specific goals, so any good photographs would be pure bonus.
Salt Point has a number of really popular and really iconic boulders, all of which are right on the shore. Even if we hadn’t attempted a single climb, the day would’ve been a major success simply for its scenic views. But we did more than soak in the scenery — we climbed.
What if we could hit the road all day, then pull over and be home? What if schedules didn’t matter? What if the journey between destinations was just as fun as the destinations themselves? What if we could bring the whole family?
It seems the solution to all our concerns is to build a custom van.
